How long does an order take?
Usually from one day to one week, depending on the products. Your quotation shows the expected delivery date.

How can we pay?
Bank transfer, cash, card (Visa) or post-dated cheques. Established clinics can agree credit terms with us.
What paperwork do we receive?
A quotation before you confirm, then an invoice and a signed delivery receipt with every delivery, a receipt for every payment, and an account statement on request.
